A Message for Lost Souls

You know the truth.

You know what you came here to do. It may have taken some trial and error to figure it out, but the truth that was always within you has been brought to light, and there’s no turning back.

The calling of your soul is so strong that you probably have wondered if you were experiencing spiritual psychosis or going insane.

You’re not. You know your truth—no one else needs to.

The thing no one tells you about following your highest path is that sometimes, it will feel completely wrong.

You’re all alone because no one can see your vision, you can’t see the path ahead, and to top it off, you have a tremendous amount of healing to do back-to-back.

It seriously feels like running a marathon with no breaks sometimes, the way these cycles of healing attack you.

You will get triggered and awaken wounds you didn’t even know you had.

You will want to retreat, only to find that your version of safety has collapsed because your old life and identity are no more.

There is so much uncertainty and constant change following you that it makes you wonder if you’re even headed in the right direction.

You are.

You know you are. You just don’t want to accept it because you can’t logically explain how you know.

If you’re waiting for proof, you’re defeating the purpose of your journey.

The soul doesn’t require proof. The ego does.

That inner knowing is all the evidence you’re going to get, so make the most of it as everything continues to play out.

Divine timing is a sacred unfolding that occurs within you, not externally.

You are the sacred unfolding.

Every tear, every scream, every moment of anger, and every time you wanted to give up—it’s all part of the process.

We often see anger, sadness, stress, etc., in a negative light, but it is through those “negative” emotions that we’re able to stumble upon a light that outshines everything we once believed to be bright.

All you need to do is trust the process and follow the same intuitive feeling that got you exactly where you are right now.

You aren’t lost. You’re becoming.
